- 4% of Sale Price + AED 40
Trustee Fees:

Property Sale Registration - Dubai
Register full or partial sale between seller & buyer (or legal reps) for land, property, or units (completed or under construction).

- Seller & Buyer Passport + Emirates ID
- Contact details & POA (if applicable)
- POA + POA documents (if applicable)

- 4% + AED 580 (Apartment / Villa)
- 4% + AED 430 (Land)

Mortgage Registration
Register all types of mortgages (request, usufruct, initial, conservative) on a property for the financier to guarantee property rights (first or second-degree mortgage).
Required Documents
- Letter from the mortgage bank
- Three mortgage contracts certified by the bank, signed by both parties
- Owner’s Emirates ID / Passport for non-residents
- Electronic No Objection Certificate (eNOC) from developer (Freehold areas)
- Valuation Report
Service Fees:
- AED 4,000 service fee + tax
- Initial sale registration (Oqadsi): AED 5,000 service fee + tax
- Additional fees: AED 10 Knowledge + AED 10 Innovation
